Ideomotor Exercise for Motor and Cognitive Well-being
The "Mind in Motion" ideomotor exercise project is an innovative initiative designed to promote overall well-being through an integrated mind-motor approach. The primary goal is the prevention of both motor and cognitive decline.
The sessions, designed to enhance psychophysical well-being, take place in a group setting and also aim to encourage social interaction among participants. The community aspect is central: the project operates in various neighborhoods and communities across Bergamo, creating spaces for connection and mutual support.
Thanks to the partnership with ACLI (Christian Associations of Italian Workers) in Bergamo, the project specifically targets individuals of a more mature age, offering them an opportunity to stay active physically and mentally while fostering new social relationships.
