Ideomotor Exercise for Motor and Cognitive Well-being

The "Mind in Motion" ideomotor exercise project is an innovative initiative designed to promote overall well-being through an integrated mind-motor approach. The primary goal is the prevention of both motor and cognitive decline. The sessions take place in group settings and also seek to encourage social interaction among participants.

From this project stems a new collaboration with the ACLI (Christian Associations of Italian Workers) of Bergamo, which over the next two years will involve 17 municipalities in the Province of Bergamo, implementing the ideomotor gymnastics protocol.

The courses will last 4 months, with two one-hour sessions per week. The first five courses will begin in September in the municipalities of Azzano San Paolo, Boltiere, Ciserano, Lallio, and Stezzano. The courses will be completely free of charge, both for the municipal administrations and for the participants, who will need to register by providing a medical certificate of good health.

Course registrations are now open via the phone number 035 23 11 22. You can also sign up through the website www.wyfy.it/silverfit
